Omnisport is not a "one size fits all" kind of place. Everyone has different capabilities and goals, so we work with you to create a customized program that meets your individual needs.

OmniSport coaches are here to empower, motivate, and educate you every step of the way. How we do that is rooted in our philosophy to "Move well. Move Often." We succeed in this by assessing every client's level of fitness through seven core movements called The Functional Movement Screen test. This test evaluates your functional movement quality which allows for a reliable baseline for actionable and effective steps to improve your performance and recovery.

At Omnisport, we are putting your health and safety first. With the guidance of our State and Local Health Departments there are several upgrades we have made to help ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff, including:

We have renovated our restroom to completely touchless fixtures
We upgraded our ventilation system with a UV-light disinfecting method that neutralizes bacteria and viruses
We added multiple sanitation stations and antibacterial wipes
Our team will perform sanitizing activities before, during and after your workout, using hospital-grade disinfectants

OmniSport understands the importance of maintaining efficiency without compromising effectiveness. To ensure convenience and accessibility is not an issue we provide worksite employee movement assessments, goal road mapping and in-house group training classes customized towards your employees' needs.
