Our group fitness classes, or bootcamps as they're more popularly known, are designed to push clients a little further than they might normally push themselves when working out alone. Through a combination of dynamic stretching and distinctive interval training, our bootcamps combat fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency and build overall strength. We also teach every participant proper technique for each exercise they're meant to do, as well assist all clients in working at their own pace.
